The following terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refers to The Admissions Coach. The terms “user,” “you,” and “your” reference to site visitors, consumers, and any other users of this site. By accessing or utilizing this website, you consent to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Should you oppose any of these Terms and Conditions, you should not use this website.

1. Purchase Authorization

Though our products are targeted for use by people under the age of 18, if you are over the age of 13 but not older than 18, you can use this website and its services provided that you are under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms and Conditions. As a parent in agreement with these Terms and Conditions on behalf of a minor over the age of 13 but under the age of 18, you are held responsible for your child's use of our services.

2. Use of Materials Upon Submission

The submission of any content through this website allows us a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, modify, publish, distribute, edit, translate content for promotion, marketing, improvement and operation of our services subject to our Privacy Policy, for example, we could publish a submitted essay or application with private information not visible as a case in point of said editing work.

3. Points of Agreement relating to Rate My Essay service

In return for said services payable by the client, The Admissions Coach agrees to provide critique, professional advice, constructive feedback for submitted essay/s per the agreed word upon purchase. Any words above the selected word count will not be subject to review. The client shall receive essay feedback via email within 72 hours upon client emailing essay draft/s per instructions from The Admissions Coach. Client must be aware that The Admissions Coach will only provide advice and guidance, and will not write essays for clients; the Client is responsible for producing their own original work.

4. Points of Agreement relating to One-on-One Hourly Counselling service

In return for said services payable by the client, The Admissions Coach agrees to provide a one hour consultation via Zoom according to the Client's selected appointment time. In the one hour zoom session, The Admissions Coach aims to resolve queries related to American boarding school or university applications brought about by the Client on the condition that Client sends relevant queries to The Admissions Coach 48 hours before the Zoom appointment time. The Admissions Coach shall aim to resolve said queries within in the Zoom consultation but will not be held liable should Client be unsatisfied with presented solution, queries not received 48 hours before the appointment time or questions instigated outside of said queries. Client has the right to reschedule the meeting one time on the condition that The Admissions Coach receives at least 48 hours notice. Should client require further rescheduling of meeting or meeting rescheduling notice is only received within 48 hours of agreed appointment time, The Admissions Coach is no longer liable to provide the paid services, thus, further rescheduling of appointment will be based on The Admissions Coach's discretion.

5. Payment Terms

By supplying your credit card information or other payment methods for use of the services on this website, you represent and affirm us or our third-party payment processor to make charges for the total amount of your purchase (covering any applicable taxes and other charges). Should the payment be unable to be verified, deemed to be invalid or not acceptable, then your purchase will be void. All prices quoted are in USD. All services and products listed on the website are available on a first come, first served basis, and The Admissions Coach has the right to cancel or suspend offering these services without notice. All purchases are final and no refunds will be issued. Should there be exceptional circumstances such as an essay review being returned after 48 hours or you are not satisfied with the quality of service received, we will review each case on an individual basis for possible resolutions.

6. Liability Limitation

By using this website and its services, you take on all risk and losses as a result from your use or inability to utilize TheAdmissionsCoach.org. Through using this website and its services, you acknowledge that The Admissions Coach does not make any guarantee or warranty to the resulting outcome such as acceptance, waitlist, denial to any school, college, or university, through the usage of our services. You consent that any result obtained is solely of your own doing and The Admissions Coach is not held liable for your outcomes. You consent that any dependency on the services offered by The Admissions Coach is attributed to your own risk and therefore agree to waive any loss, indirect, incidental damages as a result from the usage of this website and its services. You surrender or waive any right to take legal action against The Admissions Coach for losses or damage of any kind whether based on contract, warranty, tort, strict liability, against The Admissions Coach. It is acknowledged that you had read this waiver and completely understand that it acts as a release of liability.

7. Entire Agreement

The agreement comprises of the entire agreement between The Admissions Coach and you in regards to the use of this website and its services, and overrides any previous verbal or written agreement.
